SESSION FEES
I’m a self-pay practice and don’t accept insurance. That means you won’t need a diagnosis to begin, your information isn’t shared with an insurance company, and our work is shaped by your goals, not an insurer’s requirements.
Individuals
Welcome Session (initial assessment, 90 minutes): $180
Ongoing sessions (45–50 minutes): $160
Couples and families
Welcome Session (initial assessment, 90 minutes): $200

More affordable options
Pay what you can: A limited number of spots are available for clients who’d be a good fit but can’t afford my standard fee. Contact me to discuss options.
Reduced-fee counseling: $50 per session (45–50 minutes) with a supervised counselor-in-training. Contact me to learn more.
Cancellations
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice: $50
Missed sessions without notice: full session fee
Good Faith Estimate: You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your care. I’ll provide one before your first session, or anytime you ask.
Insurance Information
By default, counseling with me doesn’t require a diagnosis, and your information isn’t shared with an insurance company. Learn why I don’t work with insurance.
If you’d like to seek reimbursement from your insurance as an out-of-network provider, I can provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) on request. Please know that insurance companies require a diagnosis for reimbursement, so a superbill will include one. Coverage decisions are made by your insurer. We can talk through whether a superbill is right for you before you decide.
